Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TelegramTop website (https://telegramtop.com) and the related Telegram search bot @tgtopcom_bot (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
TelegramTop is a free, public search index of Telegram channels, groups and bots. The Service aggregates publicly available information from Telegram and presents it as a directory and search interface. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Telegram FZ-LLC or Telegram Messenger Inc.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree not to:
- Scrape, mass-download or systematically copy data from the Service in a way that disrupts its normal operation.
- Interfere with, attack, probe or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
- Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, phishing content, or any unlawful, infringing, defamatory or harassing material.
- Use the Service to identify, track, harass or harm any individual.
- Resell, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All Telegram-originated content (such as channel names, group descriptions and bot information) remains the property of its respective owners. The compilation, presentation, design and software of the Service are owned by TelegramTop and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use requires our prior written permission.
5. Third-Party Links and Resources
The Service contains links to third-party Telegram resources and external websites. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Following any third-party link is at your own risk.
6. Removal Requests
If you operate a Telegram channel, group or bot that appears in our index and you would like its public listing on TelegramTop to be removed or corrected, contact us using the channel listed in section 10. We will review and respond to reasonable requests in a timely manner. Removal from TelegramTop does not delete the underlying resource on Telegram.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or that the data presented is accurate, complete or up to date. Use of the Service is at your sole discretion and risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TelegramTop and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to the Service and to These Terms
We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
